Please note that it's essential for 9310 models to contain the merchant's email address to receive the transaction receipts as this terminal doesn't contain a printer and can't print a ticket!
Please follow the steps as described below in order to enable this option if it isn't done yet.
- Open the configuration section by tapping on the "wheel" from the right angle
- Enter the 4 last digits of your serial number and confirm with "OK"
If you don't know your serial number yet, please check this article that will help you to find this out.
- Choose "Configuration"
- Click on "Local config"
- Choose "Recept and Printing"
- Firstly, tap on "digital receipts"
--> Choose the option "E-mail for the merchant" and confirm with "OK"
--> Choose the option you like for the customer and confirm with "OK" (always ask will present the option to choose between both after every transaction)
- Then tap on "merch. email"
--> Enter your email address and confirm with "OK"
Now your configuration has been successfully saved.
