This article is served as a first step guide in order to better understand the functionality of the 9310 terminals models.
The 9310 model operates similarly to the 9220 by having the same application and using the same TMS. The main difference is that 9310 models don't contain a printer and can't print a transaction ticket.
Turn the device on
You can start your device by pushing down the on/off button (on the right side) until Loyalpay appears on the screen.
Email!
Before starting using your terminal, it's essential to enter your email address first in the configuration menu. The 9310 models don't contain a printer and don't print a transaction ticket. It means that entering your email address is the only way to receive your transaction tickets.
Please follow the next steps in order to enter your email address correctly.
Serial number

Connectivity
For 9310 models there are two available connection types, wifi and mobile network.
WIFI / WLAN :

You can follow the required steps to configure your wireless network correctly.
- Firewall configuration: Please check the required firewall configuration in case of having issues with connecting the device to the network.
GPRS / Sim card :
For 9310 model, the same sim cards can be used as for other models. To be able to use the sim card, it has to be inserted first.
If you have received a new terminal, the sim card will already be inserted if you had requested for it.
- In case of receiving only a new sim card, you can insert it by your own.
- Then you can click on the correct link to be able to open the required procedure for installation of the Mobile Data and the APN (Access Point Name) of your sim card.
- Proximus sim card
- Tango sim card
After your network connection has been established, you can return to your home screen. Then you can start accepting transactions.
