In order to proceed the payment of a transaction as quickly as possible, we recommend merchants not to turn their terminal off immediately after the transaction took place. This will allow your acquirer to receive all the required information for the transaction to be paid out successfully.
This should be taken into consideration by merchants who don't use their terminal on an everyday basis. Should you have shut your terminal down immediately after a transaction was effectuated, the transaction will be marked as "Unpaid".
In order to finalise the transaction, you have to restart your terminal as soon as possible. Please, note that after a certain period of time it will be impossible to finalise the transaction and it will remain unpaid.
