Accessing the Extras configuration menu
1. Tap the gear icon (top right corner) to open the menu
2. Enter your administrator password
3. Select Configuration (bottom right) and choose Local Config
4. Tap Gratuity (top right)
5. The screen will show the current Extras settings
6. Tap Fixed Extra Type to change between percentages, amounts, or to disable the Extras
Setting up extras
7. Select percentages or amounts
8. The screen will show the presets for the selected Extra Type
9. Tap a preset to change the preset’s percentage or amount
Accepting payments with extras
1. Initiate a new payment from the terminal’s start screen and enter the transaction amount
2. Choose an extra from the presets, add a custom extra amount, or skip this step
3. The screen shows the sum of the transaction + extra so the consumer has a full view on the amount to be paid
