In order to proceed the payment of the transactions as soon as possible, we recommend every merchant to not directly turn the terminal off after a transaction.
It's mainly important for the merchants that doesn't use their terminal on a daily basis. In case of not receiving the full required information, the transactions can not be paid before restarting the terminal.
After restarting the terminal, the required details will be sent to the acquirer which will be able to pay the transactions.
Attention : the terminal needs to be restarted within the required period that is applicable for each card brand. As the period depends on the card brands, we suggest every merchant to reboot the device as soon as possible.
