The connection of the terminal can be lost if one of the following symbols are turned on :

- How to deactivate?
Press and hold the power (on/off) button until you see the following options appear. Then press on 'airplane mode' to turn it off if it's on.

Interruption symbols |
Please follow the next steps to configure the terminal's interruptions correctly.
At first, close the payment application with the cross from the top left.
Then press on '3 dots' at the top right of the screen and choose 'Other apps'.
After you can choose 'Settings' in Other Apps Menu.
Hereafter you can scroll down and tap on 'Sound and Notification'.
Here you have to choose for 'Interruptions' to be able to make changes if needed.
In this section you get the following three choices for configuration of the Interruptions of the terminal. Please find below the explication of each choice.
- Always interrupt
This is the default and the only correct option which has to be selected during all the time.
- Allow only priority interruptions
If this option is turned on, a star will appear on the top of the screen. Please set it off to avoid problems with connectivity of the terminal.
- Don't interrupt
If this option is turned on, a symbol of 'no signal' will appear on the top of the screen. Please set it off to avoid problems with connectivity of the terminal.
